PayPal normally allow 60 days of time for a seller to refund the payment to the buyer. What if one has legitimate reasons to do a refund after 60 days? How can he do so without losing transaction fee?

Can a seller refund after 60 days? Or does PayPal have to do it?
Give us a call during the business hours of the business. We can call the company and verify the refund is ok with them. We get that, the payment is refunded pretty quick. If we can’t get in touch with the merchant, we can always send them an email trying to get a resolution.
I’ve an account with PayPal for a longtime now. Never knew this was possible.
