As predicted Google has updated Page Rank

Google has updated its toolbar Page Rank on the eve of new year. Generally it takes about 2-3 days to take effect and to propagate to all websites but this time it seems they have completed it in 24 hrs straight. Google page rank 10, Usa.gov and Google.com
