This is the same problem with me.(On Sun Jan 08 2012 17:40:41 IST Your Core a/c bal is 0.030 MB valid till 2022-11-14 and your Netconnect a/c bal is 0.000 MB valid till 2012-01-04) Earlier last month it showed the actual balance also.

I am also experiencing the same problem. I am unable to know the account usage balance of my reliance netconnect+ since 3 months. Can you suggest in this regard.

Same problem in my case also…………the day i opted for unlimited prepaid plan worth of Rs. 800 plan, with Reliance netconnect+, i am not able to get balance data usage. Its displayed as 0.000 mb from day one. But actually i didnt used at all…… even after 5 days of usage laos, the core balance showing same. How can i know my a/c blz. Plz somebody help.

1) Go to http://myservices.relianceada.com/launchAMSS.do
2) Login Using Username and Password
3) Click on My Billing tab –> My Data Usage
4) Enter From Date, To Date and Request Type and click on Submit button
