My concern about SpyFU is that they use web log data which may be outdated - although they do do updates once in a while. So the lack of updates concerns me. Also I don't know how many people realize this but the Cost per click and all the metrics associated with money - e.g. ad budget, etc. are not even close to the actual site rankings.So instead I recommend using something that is more real time, for example I use a tool called Keyword Competitor Google insights is a very useful too and especially lately since they updated their tool.
