		<description>Yes, it does work, I&#039;ve used it many times. Even though it may provide some support, the DMCA does not require you to back up your claim in any way, just swear to it under the penalty of perjury. I try to streamline the process as much as possible both for my own sake and for the sake of hosts.</description>

Also, there is a way you can email a DMCA to Google if needed, it is a bit roundabout but it does work.
